When we first put our house on the market we listed with John Hall. That was June, 2007, our regreat is we did not list with Carl in the beginning. Because I believe our house would of been sold earlier. Car did an outstanding job for us. Kept us very well informed and the Marketing for the most exposure was a TRIPLE A and more. Also Carl was so easy to work with. He definetely is a hard worker and keeps his client close to heart, and really listens to what we go through during the sale. We would definetely recommed Carl to anyone who is lokking for an agent. We also hope to continue in a friendly relationship with Carl outside of his work.
